Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (ALBSL)has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on November 14 decided to propose 9.5 percent stock and 0.5 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.
