The board of directors meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 6.3158 percent cash dividend including tax, appoint an auditor and elect two directors from ordinary shareholders.
In this regard, the bank is closing its book on November 28, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 27 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
