The companies are closing their books on November 21 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in their books till November 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
Soaltee Hotel (SHL) is conducting its AGM on December 14 in Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Tundikhel, Sundhara, Kathmandu at 10 am. The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 15 percent stock and 16.5789 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
Similarly, Sahas Urja (SAHAS) is conducting 12th AGM on December 10 in Karki Banquet, Babarmahal, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 21 percent stock and 1.1053 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will approve a proposal of issuing 100 percent right shares of the capital maintained after bonus share distribution amending right issue decision taken by previous AGM.
