For the AGM, the company is closing its book on November 26, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till November 25 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its 13th AGM on December 19 in Amrapali Banquet, Thirbam Sadak, Kathmandu at 9 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 40 percent stock dividend and 2.105 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
