The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 5.3583 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association to forward merger/acquisition and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the bank is closing its book on December 9, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 8 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announce dividend.
