The company is closing its book on December 8 for upcoming AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till December 7 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
The company is conducting its AGM on December 19 in Hotel Arniko, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk at 2 pm.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 9.5 percent stock and 0.5 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Moreover the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and amend article and memorandum of association.
