NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 1,090.41 after adjusting 9.5 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 1,194 on December 8.
The company is conducting its AGM on December 19 in Hotel Arniko, Dhulikhel, Kavrepalanchowk at 2 pm.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 9.5 percent stock and 0.5 percent cash dividend for tax purposes. Moreover the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition with suitable partners and amend article and memorandum of association.
