NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 386.48 after adjusting 5 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 405.80 on December 9.
The bank is conducting 21st AGM on December 22 at 10.30 am in Amritbhog Caterers, Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 5 percent stock and 5.3583 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The meeting will delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association to forward merger/acquisition and appoint an auditor.
