NEPSE adjusted the stock price at Rs 396.06 after adjusting 4 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 411.90 on December 18.
The bank is conducting its 32nd AGM on January 2, in Tribhuwan Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 4 percent stock and 5 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. Moreover, the meeting will delegate authority to BOD to forward merger/acquisition and amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
