The company has proposed distributing 5 percent stock dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from its upcoming AGM.
The company is conducting its 9th AGM on January 14 in Anmol Banquet, Shankhamool, Kathmandu at 10 am.
The meeting will approve proposal of distributing bonus share and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes, issue 100 percent right share, amend article and memorandum of association, elect new BOD, issue debenture and appoint an auditor.
In this regard, the company will close its book on January 6, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 5 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
