The board of directors meeting of the company held on December 23 decided to propose 30 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from the government and its upcoming AGM.
The company is closing its book on January 14 in Rastriya Sava Griha, Pradarshini Marg, Kathmandu at 11 am.
Regarding this, the company is closing its book on January 4, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till January 3 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
