Corporate Development Bank (CORBL) is set to skip dividend for the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the bank, held on January 7, decided to skip dividend and forward financial reports to the NRB for approval.
NIC Asia Bank (NICA) is set to issue 50 percent right shares.
