The company issued 572,431 units of shares to the general public from February 1-4. A total of 2,452,602 applicants applied for 26,132,800 units of shares out of which 2,411,992 applications were approved.
Given that the issue was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities issuance and Allotment Guideline under which 57,243 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery. The remaining one unit of share was again allotted to a allotee through lottery.
