The company issued 1,180,260 units of ordinary shares worth Rs 118 million from February 11 to 16. In the issue, a total of 2,537,301 applicants applied for 237,132,230 units of shares.
Given that the IPO was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which 118,026 were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
