According to the latest report, Balen has secured 5,254 votes followed by KP Sharma Oli of the CPN-UML, who has raked 1,248 votes.
Similarly, the Nepali Congress has secured 185 votes, the Nepali Communist Party has received 129 votes, and the Rastriya Prajatantra Party has secured 111 votes.
