The company issued 4.5 million units of shares on February 24-27. In the issue, a total of 2,413,517 applicants applied for 26,310,970 units of shares. Out of total applications, 2,376,705 applications were approved and the remaining were cancelled.
Given that the IPO was oversubscribed, the allotment took place as per Securities Issuance and Allotment Guidelines under which 450,000 applicants were provided 10 units of shares through lottery.
