According to the guidelines and work procedure issued by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), broker companies are required to formulate their own work procedures. The working committee meeting of the association held in Sundhara on March 31 has approved the work procedure prepared accordingly.
According to the association, all the legal procedures related to margin lending have been completed. The services will be started from April 15 given that some technical issues are yet to be resolved. According to the association, investors will get the facility from all brokers eligible for margin trading.
