Naasa Securities Pvt. Ltd has announced of launching its new “After Market Order” (AMO) feature on the Naasa X web platform. Issuing a press statement, Naasa informs that the feature allows clients to place buy and sell orders outside regular trading hours, offering greater flexibility and convenience to investors.

Traditionally, the Nepal Stock Market operates between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM (Nepal Standard Time). With the introduction of the After Market Order feature, Naasa Securities’ clients can now place their orders after 3:00 PM and before 11:00 AM, beyond standard market hours. These orders will be automatically executed on the next trading day at market opening, in accordance with prevailing market conditions.

According to the statement, the feature is particularly beneficial for Nepali citizens residing abroad in different time zones, working professionals with limited availability during trading hours and business owners and individuals with busy daytime schedules.

‘The launch of After Market Orders marks a significant step towards enhancing accessibility and inclusivity in Nepal’s capital market, empowering investors to participate more actively without time constraints,’ reads the statement.

Currently, the After Market Order feature is available on the Naasa X Web version, with plans to roll it out on the mobile application in the near future.

Regarding the launch, Naasa Securities says "We are committed to continuously innovating and improving our services to meet the evolving needs of our clients. The After Market Order feature is designed to provide greater flexibility and convenience, ensuring that our customers never miss an investment opportunity due to time limitations."

The implementation of this feature follows the recent approval from regulatory authorities, including the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) and the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), received last week.
