The NEPSE index that declined by 17.01 points to close at 2787.15 points on Thursday, increased by 8.06 points to close at 2795.22 points on Friday. The sensitive index also increased by 0.87 points in the session.
In the pre-open session today, a total of 7,525 units of shares worth Rs 5.4 million were traded in 238 transactions of 71 stocks. Out of them, the price of 32 stocks has increased, 31 stocks has decreased while 8 stocks remained stable in the session.
