Similarly, the sensitive index increased by 2.40 points, while the float index increased by 1.22 points and the sensitive float index increased by 0.88 points.
Along with index, the transaction volume has also increased. A total of 10,888,739 shares worth Rs 4.49 billion were traded in 54,497 trades in the market.
On the day, Crest Micro Life Insurance rose the most by 14.81 percent. Similarly, Mabilung Energy rose 9.35 percent and Bungal Hydro rose 7.24 percent. Meanwhile, NIC Asia Balance Fund logged the highest fall of 2.59 percent.
On the basis of turnover, Ankhu Khola Hydropower Company again topped the list on the day. Shares worth Rs 439.5 million were traded of the company on the day. Similarly, shares of Ridi Power Company worth Rs 245 million were traded on the day, while the turnover of National Hydropower crossed Rs 161 million.
