The company is conducting 59th AGM on June 12 in Tribhuwan Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distirbuting 10 percent stock dividend including 9.49 percent stock and 0.51 percent cash dividend to its shareholders, approve a proposal of borrowing loans after discussion and appoint an auditor.
