However, the Division has forecast light to moderate rain coupled with thunder and lightning in few places of the hilly and mountainous areas in Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces.
Similar weather conditions are likely at a few places in the hilly and mountainous areas in Lumbini Province and at one or two places in the hilly and mountainous regions in Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces.
Light snowfall is also possible in some high-altitude areas, the weather service said.
The southern plains of Sudurpaschim and Lumbini Provinces are witnessing hotter days.
Similarly, few places in Tarai belts of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces, and Madhesh Province are likely to witness storm, informed the Division.
Currently, Nepal is experiencing the impacts of westerly wind and local wind, while low pressure belt is near eastern part of the country.
