Three companies—Kalanga Hydro Limited, Sanigad Hydro Limited, and Everest Colours Limited—are moving closer to trading on the secondary market. Having already concluded their Initial Public Offering (IPO) allotments, all three have formally signed agreements with CDS & Clearing Limited (CDSC) for the dematerialization of their shares.

2. Sanigad Hydro Limited

• Total Listed Capital: Rs 2.85 billion
• Ownership Structure: 70% Promoter / 30% General Public
• Project Details: Operating in the Bajhang district, this company successfully completed its 38.46 MW hydropower project and has been generating electricity commercially since Falgun 6, 2079.

3. Everest Colours Limited

• Total Listed Capital: Rs 300 million (Rs 30 crore)
• Ownership Structure: 73.67% Promoter / 26.33% General Public
• Company Profile: A well-established paint manufacturing company. Originally operating as Everest Color Pvt. Ltd., it has been producing and distributing high-quality paints for the past 14 years in collaboration with multinational brands.
