Similarly, the Sensitive Index increased by 3.89 points, Float Index by 0.99 points and the Sensitive Float Index by 1.39 points.
Along with index, the transaction amount has also increased on the day. On the day, NEPSE recorded turnover of Rs 4.11 billion from trading of 8,964,223 units of shares in 43,131 trades on the day.
On this day, four stocks including Upper Lohare KHola hydropower, Kalanga Hydro, Snow Rivers and Sanigad Hydro were traded in the positive circuit level. Similarly, Dhaulagiri Laghubitta logged 13.5 percent and Aatmanirbhar Laghubitta logged 10 percent growth. Meanwhile, 10% NIC Asia Debenture 2085/86 fell the most by 10.60 percent on the day.
On the basis of turnover, Laxmi Sunrise Bank topped the list on the day. Shares worth Rs 413.2 million were traded on the day. Similarly, 10% NIC Asia Debenture 2085/86 recorded transaction worth Rs 405 million, while turnover of Reliance Spinning Mills crossed Rs 250 million.
On this day, the indices of five sub-groups have increased while of 8 sub-groups have decreased. Among them, the banking sub-group index increased by 2.04 percent which pulled up the NEPSE index. On the day, finance, life insurance, microfinance and mutual fund increased with few points.
