Issuing a notice, the company informed that the lock-in period for mutual funds will expire on coming August 29.
Out of the total issued shares to the general public, 5 percent i.e. 71,100 units of shares are currently locked-in. As per the directive of the Securities Board of Nepal, such shares cannot be sold for 6 months from the date of allotment. This lock-in period started on February 26.
