The board of directors meeting of Reliable Investmnent and Merchant Capital, a subsidairy company of Reliable Nepal Life Insurance held on August 13 decided to propose 8.42105 percent cash dividend including tax to its mutual fund unit holders.
In this regard, the company will close its book on August 26, thus, the mutual fund unit holders registered in its book till August 25 will be elilgible to obtain the announed dividend.
