The meeting will endorse a proposal of distirbuting 10 percent stock dividend for the FY 2081/82 and 12 percent cash dividend for FY 2082/83. Moreover, the meeting will also approve 0.5263 percent cash dividend for tax, delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
in this regard, the company will close its book on August 21, thus, the shareholders registered in its book til August 20 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
