The board of directors meeting of the bank held on August 17 decided to distribute 10.5263 percent dividend including 4 stock and 6.5263 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.
