Eastern Hydropower (EHPL) has obtained pre-approval from Electricity Regulatory Commission (ERC) to issue right shares.

As per the notice published by NEPSE,Eastern Hydropower obtained pre-approval from ERC to issue 1:1 right share. Following the approval, the company will issue 6.2 million units of shares worth Rs 620 million to its existing shareholders.
The gold price has increased while the silver price has decreased for second day on August 24.
