NRB to issue deposit collection tool of Rs 20 Bn

Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) is issuing deposit collection tool of Rs 20 billion for 86 days to mop up excess liquidity.

Interested banks and financial institutions can bid for the tool by 3 pm today through online. Its interest rate will be decided to auction bid and payment of interest and principal will be done on December 25.

The bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 million and all amount divisible by 50 million.
