ICFC Finance (ICFC) has announced dividend of the last FY.
The board of directors meeting of the company held on August 31 decided to distribute 10.5263 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and its upcoming AGM.
