The AGM will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders. The AGM will also endorse a proposal of distributing 8.25 percent cash dividend to preference shareholders on a proportionate basis on the basis of the period from the date of allotment of shares to the end of the fiscal year, authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and electing two directors representing the general public.
In this regard, the bank is closing its book on September 17, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 16 will be eligible to attend the AGMm and obtain the announced dividend.
