There is a possibility of heavy rain in some places of the hilly and Tarai areas of Madhesh Province, Koshi, and Lumbini Provinces, and in a few places of the mountainous, hilly, and Tarai areas of Bagmati and Gandaki Provinces.
The weather is generally cloudy in most parts of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces as well as in the hilly and mountainous areas of Gandaki and Sudurpashchim provinces, while the Tarai areas of Gandaki and Sudurpashchim provinces are partly cloudy at present.
The Division said that moderate rain with thunder and lightning is taking place in some areas of Koshi, Madhesh, Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini, and Karnali provinces.
According to the Division, generally cloudy weather will prevail across the country this afternoon.
There is a possibility of moderate rainfall and snowfall with thunder and lightning in some mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, as well as in some mountainous areas of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Similarly, there is a chance of moderate rain with thunder and lightning in many hilly areas of Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini provinces, and in some hilly areas of Koshi, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces. There is also a chance of moderate rain with thunder and lightning in some parts of the Tarai region of Sudurpaschim province and in some parts of the remaining Tarai region.
Similarly, the weather will be generally cloudy across the country tonight. The Division stated that there is a possibility of moderate rain and snowfall with thunderstorms and lightning in some hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, as well as some hilly and mountainous areas of Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces.
Likewise, there is a possibility of moderate rain with thunder and lightning in some areas of the Tarai region while there is a chance of heavy rain in a few hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces. (RSS)
