The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 14 decided to propose 30 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
In order to approve the proposal, the company has called out 32th AGM on October 8 in Anupam Food Land and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu at 9 am.
In this regard, the company will close its book on September 30, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till September 29 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
