The board of directors meeting of the company held on September 23 decided to distribute 5.263 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Moreover, the meeting decided to conduct its 11th AGM on October 16.
In this regard, the company is closing its book on October 5, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till October 2 (last trading day before book close) will be eligible to attain the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
