On the day, the stock regulator has adjusted the stock price at Rs 418.09 after adjusting 10 percent stock dividend. The last trading price of the stock was Rs 459.90 on September 29.
The bank is conducting 25th AGM on October 14, in Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 9.00 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Similalry, the AGM will distribute a proportionate cash dividend (including tax) at the rate of 8.25 percent of the preference shares to the shareholders and authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association of the bank.
