The bank is issuing 3 million units of debentures at a face value of Rs 1,000 per unit. Out of the total offered shares, 60% i.e. 1.8 million units of debentures worth Rs 1.80 billion will be personally financed while the remaining 40% i.e. 1.20 billion units will be issued to the general public. Out of the total offered debentures, 5% i.e. 60,000 units of debentures will be issued to mutual funds.
The interested applicants can apply for a minimum 25 units and maximum of all units of debenture. The issuance will be closed early on October 27 and lately on October 29
The bank has appointed Kumari Capital as the issue manager . The interested applicants can apply from all the C-ASBA approved banks and financial institutions.
Care Ratings Nepal has assigned CareNP Single A Plus Issuer Rating to the bank. This indicates that there is a sufficient amount of security in terms of meeting the financial obligations on time. The interest accrued in the debentures will be paid half annually.
