Despite the rise in index, the transaction volume has decreased. A total of 8,955,230 units of shares worth Rs 3.13 billion were traded in 41,607 trades on the day.
Today, the share price of Trishuli Hydropower Company increased by 5.11 percent on the day. Other stocks that have risen in value have gained less than 4 percent. The decline rate of stocks that have fallen on this day is also less than 5 percent. On the day, the share price of Sarbottam Paints fell by about 5 percent, while the unit price of AIBL Growth Fund fell by about 4.5 percent.
On the basis of transaction amount, Ghalemdi Hydro is in the top position. The company's shares worth Rs 239.1 million were traded on the day. Out of 13 sub-groups, the indices of 11 sub-groups have increased while the indices of two sub-groups have decreased. The life insurance sub-group index increased by 41.10 points. The indices of microfinance and non-life insurance sub-groups posted a slight decrease.
