The company is closing its book on October 9, thus, the shareholders registered in its book till today, October 8 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.It is conducting 5th annual general meeting on November 3, in Kupondole Banquet, ward no 1, Lalitpur at 10 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 10.52 percent cash dividend including tax to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will endorse the proposal of endorsing the institutional guarantee issued by the Rastriya Banijya Bank for the loan of Dudhpokhari Chepe Hydropower, handing over or selling the license of the 12.504 MW Maiwakhola Hydropower Project, electing a director representing the general shareholders and appointing an auditor.
