The company is conducting its 11th AGM on October 27 in Hile Kanjirowa Makalu Hotel, Dhankuta at 9 am.
The meeting will endorse a proposal of distributing 9.5 percent stock and .5 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to its shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will approve a proposal of delegate authority to BOD to amend article and memorandum of association and appoint an auditor.
