Sana Kisan is conducting its 16th AGM on December 15 at Nepal Prasasanki Parichyan Pratisthan, Jawalakhel, Kathmandu at 1100 hours.
Presently, the bank has paid-up capital of Rs 503 million which will reach Rs 628.8 million after the bonus share. The bank earned a net profit of Rs 82 million in the first quarter of the current FY.
