The stock exchange has adjusted the share price at Rs 1378 per unit with a base price of Rs 1525.
The company closed its book from December 8-22 for its annual general meeting (AGM) to be conducted on December 22.
Presently, the company has paid-up capital of Rs 817.6 million which will reach Rs 1.05 billion after the bonus share distribution.
