Prabhu Capital is the issue manager of the company. The interested bidders can apply from Prabhu Capital at Kamaladi, and Baluwatar, Pokhara, Butwal, Narayangadh, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Attaria and Ghorahi branches of Shangrila Bank.
After capitalization of the right issue, the paid-up capital of the bank will total Rs 2.44 billion.
