For that matter, Butwal Power has signed an agreement with Himtaal Hydropower on May 4 and with Manang Marshayangdi Hydropower on March, 2018. According to Butwal Power, it will own 19.4 percent shares of Himtaal Hydropower and the remaining shares will be owned by Chinese partnership companies.
Meanwhile, Butwal Power is planning to develop 282MW Manang Marshayandi Hydropower with Chinese partnership companies.
