The bank is auctioning 1,461,270 units of unclaimed promoter right shares and 300,918 units of general right shares. The interested bidders can apply for a minimum of 100 units of shares at a minimum price of Rs 100 per unit.
The bank has appointed Prabhu Capital as its issue manager, thus, the bidders can bid for the auctioned shares from Prabhu Capital at Kamaladi, Kathmandu and various branches of Karnali Development Bank at Nepalgunj, Banke, Tulsipur, Ghorahi, Lamahi of Dang, Kohalpur of Banke and Gularia of Bardia.
Moreover, the interested bidders can bid from Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Narayangadh, Surkhet and Dhangadi branch of Prabhu Bank.
The paid-up capital of the bank will increase to Rs 490.7 million after the capitalization of the right shares. In the third quarter of the current FY, the bank earned a net profit of Rs 119.5 million.
