The AGM is supposed to endorse a proposal of distributing 8.26 percent stock and 0.435 percent cash dividend for tax purpose to its shareholders. Moreover, the company is set to endorse a proposal of amending its authorized, issued and paid-up capital in its article of association.
Pokhara Finance is closing its book from June 10 for the AGM, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by June 9 will be eligible to attend the AGM and obtain the announced dividend.
