The SGM will elect directors from promoter shareholders till the next AGM.
The bank is closing its book from June 4 to 14 for the SGM purpose, thus the shareholders registered in its book by June 3 will be eligible to attend the SGM.
After capitalization of recently issued right shares, the paid-up capital of the bank will increase to Rs 490.7 million. In the third quarter of the current FY, the bank earned a net profit of Rs 119.5 million.
