The bank is closing its book on June 7, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by today i.e. June 6 will be eligible to obtain the bonus share and attend its upcoming AGM.
Western Development Bank is conducting its 12th AGM on June 27 in Hotel Mala Inn, Ghorahi-15, Dang at 11:30 AM.
The AGM is subjected to endorse a proposal of distributing 17.41 percent stock and 0.92 percent cash dividend for tax purpose. Moreover, the meeting will appoint an Auditor for the current FY and elect three directors from promoter shareholders and three directors from general shareholders.
