The meeting will approve various financial reports of the company including balance sheet, profit and loss account and cash flow as well as appoint an auditor for the current FY.
For the AGM, the company is closing its book from June 15-22, thus, the shareholders registered in its book by June 14 will be eligible to attend the AGM.
