Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank (KSBBL) has proposed of distributing 12 percent dividend. The 249th board of directors meeting of the bank held on June 13 proposed of distributing 5.50 percent stock and 6.50 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.
The bank will distribute bonus share of Rs 237.2 million and cash dividend worth Rs 130.4 million to the shareholders.
The proposed dividend is subjected to approval from NRB and the upcoming AGM of the bank.
The gold price has gained for the third day while the silver price has declined on February 24.
